We are also unable to accept international returns, due to NZ customs regulation that forbids any honey products entering the country.

Parcel delivery general information;
We use track & traced Courier Post. It will be delivered to our door,  if no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier driver will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call. 

Parcel delivery time frame; 
Orders are normally delivered 3 working days from receiving your order.  For rural addresses, please allow an extra 1-3 days for delivery. Orders placed in the weekends will be processed the following business day.
