We currently do not accept international orders, as many countries still have strict import custom regulation in the post pandemic era. We have a Chinese distributor that is working on importing our latest honey range in the next couple months, please follow up on social media to keep posted.
New Zealand Deliveries
We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders over NZ$50. For orders under this amount, postage is just NZ$6.
Parcel delivery general information;
We use track & traced Courier Post. It will be delivered to our door, if no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier driver will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call.
Parcel delivery time frame
Orders are normally delivered 3 working days from receiving your order. For rural addresses, please allow an extra 1-3 days for delivery. Orders placed in the weekends will be processed the following business day.
General Return Policy
We are happy to offer exchange or refund on an item you've purchased from us with in NZ- simply contact us within 14 days of your order date. The refund will be issued once the product is received in its original condition. We are unable to accept returns that are opened and used. We are also unable to accept international returns, due to NZ customs regulation that forbids any honey products entering the country.
